Victoria leads Nisivoccia’s Client Advisory Services (CAS) practice, where she partners closely with clients to deliver outsourced accounting, CFO-level support, and strategic financial advisory services. With deep experience in client accounting services and cloud-based accounting solutions, she helps organizations move beyond historical reporting to gain timely financial insight, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth.
Under Victoria’s leadership, the CAS practice serves clients in healthcare, not-for-profit, real estate, private equity, and professional services. She takes a hands-on, relationship-driven approach, working as an extension of each client’s internal finance function to ensure financial reporting, forecasting, and advisory support deliver meaningful, measurable value.
Victoria is also a member of the firm’s Technology Committee, where she applies her financial technology expertise to help guide Nisivoccia’s adoption of AI, automation, and advanced data analytics. Her focus is on enhancing client insight, streamlining processes, and strengthening the firm’s proactive, advisory-driven service model.
